Delivery Information

Speedo.co.uk delivers to the UK - If you do not live in the UK, please visit our international store

Our UK delivery prices are as follows:

UK Standard Delivery £3.75

UK Express Delivery £6.75

Channel Islands Standard Delivery £3.95

Channel Islands Express Delivery £9.95

All products purchased from the website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss for such products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If you have received confirmation of shipping but your products have not arrived, please ensure that you have allowed sufficient time according to the estimated delivery times provided to you on your Shipping Confirmation Email.

United Kingdom Standard Delivery £3.75

We aim to have your order with you within five (5) working days and no signature is required. This service includes the United Kingdom Mainland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands. This service includes Saturday deliveries where possible.

A signature is required for any packages over one hundred pounds (£100) in value.

Where delivery is not possible, the parcel will be taken to your nearest Post Office sorting office and you will receive a notification of attempted delivery card.

United Kingdom Express Delivery £6.75

This service includes the United Kingdom mainland, Northern Ireland Islands and the Channel Islands but excludes Scottish Highlands and Islands. If we receive your order by 2.30pm (GMT/BST), on a working day, we will despatch your order the same day. Delivery should take place the following working day. Delivery in the Scottish Highlands and Islands will take place within 2 working days, and to the Channel Islands within 3 working days. Upon delivery of your order, a signature will be required.

Dependent upon the carrier used for this service, and if you are not able to take delivery of your order, the parcel will be taken to either your local Post Office sorting office or the carrier’s local depot. You will be advised which location on the attempted delivery notification card the carrier leaves at the delivery address.

Channel Islands Standard Delivery £3.95

We aim to have your order with you within five (5) working days and no signature is required. Saturday deliveries are made where possible.

Returns

We have extended our returns policy over Christmas. Any purchases made from 1 November onwards can be exchanged or returned until 31 January 2012.

Standard Returns Policy

You may return new, unworn or unused products within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the goods. We advise customers to return items in their original packaging to ensure products remain undamaged in transit and where relevant, with their original hygiene slips in place.

We reserve the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that these return guidelines only apply to products purchased on the Website. We cannot accept returns of product purchased elsewhere.

1. Please return products with your original order form within thirty (30) days of receipt of your order. You will be provided with a free returns sticker with your order. To ensure your return is trackable, we recommend you use a carrier service that requires a signature.

2. When you receive products you have ordered, we recognise that you will want to try them on to ensure the fit and feel of the item is as you envisaged. Many of our products are worn next to the skin, so please bear this in mind when trying them on, for example wear underwear beneath and avoid deodorant marks, etc.

3. Please remember, we can only issue you with a refund if the returned product concerned is in reasonable condition.

4. Most of our products have swing-tickets attached which explain something specific about the item. Do not remove these swing-tickets. If they are found to have been removed, we will be unable to offer a refund.

5. Please ensure you include the completed returns form inside your package.

6. Please make sure that your return package is packed and sealed securely (in the original packaging if possible).

7. All returns will be refunded to you within 30 days via your original form of payment.

Please Note

• We aim to respond to all e-mail enquiries within 24 hours

• In the unfortunate event that a package goes missing in transit, you will need a proof of posting slip as Speedo cannot assume responsibility for items that do not arrive at the Returns Centre.

• All items must be returned to us in their original condition with the original packaging.

• Products can only be returned by post to the address below:

Speedo E-commerce Returns Centre, Unit 2 Walker Park, Walker Road, Guide, Blackburn BB12QE, United Kingdom.

• Your statutory rights are not affected.

• These returns guidelines only apply to products purchased on this website. We cannot accept the return of Speedo Products purchased elsewhere.

Seven Day Cooling Off Period

In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations you have seven (7) working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase. In this case, we will provide a full refund on the goods only but you must return the cancelled items to us at your cost. (Please see our Terms and Conditions of Sale) We recommend you use a carrier service that requires a signature.
