Online Market Research Panel (the “Panel”) Terms & Conditions

We are delighted that you will be working with us to provide feedback on Speedo products, marketing and ideas. Your contribution and feedback is very important to us. Speedo is committed to protecting your privacy. By joining the Panel, you are deemed to have consented to use of personal information for the purposes set out in these Terms & Conditions.

We may use the email address you have provided us with in order to contact you from time to time to invite you to take part in market research about Speedo’s products, marketing and ideas. Any participation in such market research is at your discretion. You can unsubscribe from the Panel at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link provided in every e-mail.

We may ask you to complete a profiling questionnaire so we can filter our market research invitations appropriately. The information you provide us with will not be used for any purpose other than for market research. However, if you are already signed up to other services offered by Speedo you may still be contacted by us about new products and offers.

The information you provide us with may be analysed and the results of such analysis may be viewed by our third party advisers. Any information passed on in this way will be on an anonymous basis and will contain no personal data for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998.

Speedo is committed to meeting the requirements of all relevant laws and codes including the Data Protection Act 1998 and is registered with the Information Commission under registration no Z6162114 as a Data Controller. We have instituted safeguards to check that our internal procedures meet our high policy standards. We limit access to your personal information to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information in order to carry out the market research.

Please also be aware that by taking part in the Panel you agree that all information and designs you see or learn about during the market research is the confidential information of Speedo. Please remember to keep all information and designs secret and confidential.
